When you call this dealership for any kind of work to be done they never ever try to accommodate you. Its more like your accommodating them then you.
Eg.you have appointment for 8am and your car sits there untouched til 2pm.
Bad services. And thy don't care. They waste your time.
This has happened to me 3x.

I went here to see about why my screen & CarPlay weren't functioning & was told after the diagnostic check, I would need a software update. However, no one decided to mention that with a software update, there is a risk of your radio crashing. The employees here are rude & rip you off. I paid for a diagnostic check only for my radio to crash during it with no heads up about that this could potentially happen, & for an array of problems to follow after this. They have done nothing to address the issue or help resolve it. Take your customer service elsewhere if you want to be helped. 0/10 do not recommend.

The dealership is awesome. I got just what I wanted and was going there to get. There wasn't any pressure to upgrade or anything. The salesman Ryan Boutte was hands down the best salesperson I have ever worked with. I would definitely go back when it's time for something else.
