Absolute Glass, Inc., is locally owned and operated by Ray and Mary Anne Jones in Lexington, SC. They have been in business for over sixteen years and have installers with more than 25 years of experience. Ray started working in the glass business in 1992 and by 2003 he decided to leave the corporate atmosphere and start his own business. He felt that customer service was lacking in his previous positions and has made customer service his priority at Absolute Glass, Inc. The most important attribute that Ray offers is the fact that he is specifically recommended for his acceptional glass installation at Acura, BMW, LandRover, Lexus, Mercedes, Porsche, and Volvo. Ray has achieved many levels of certification in the glass business including AGRSS, IGA, and DOW (adhesives) certifications. Ray and his wife Mary were both born and raised in the Midlands of South Carolina. Ray graduated from Chapin High School and Mary from Mid-Carolina High School. They are residents of Lexington, SC, and when not working enjoy spending time at home with their two children.

Rude. I went to their website and requested a quote for 4 simple pieces of tempered glass. Two minutes later I get this response "We are located in Lexington, SC. Are you still wanting pricing? We do not ship glass!" I know where you are located. I am perfectly capable of going to pick up 4 simple pieces of glass. An hour later and still no quote has been received but they can quickly question my request. I'll be taking my business somewhere I won't be questioned about if I'm sure I want pricing after I already took the time to request it. Not one to leave reviews but I thought this was completely rude and not good business practice.

I called to have a windshield replaced and was asked if he could call me back. It's been 4 days and still no call. Good thing I had Ace Glass install it 3 days ago. Customer service is key.

Called and made an appt for windshield replacement for my van. They were very polite on the phone and came to my home to replace the windshield. Ray arrived on time as scheduled. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Did a great job and highly recommend!!
