I have been working with Absolute floors at my school district this fiscal year. They have been very quick to respond during the quote phase and working with Leo and Noah has been more than acceptable. They are easy to talk with and very knowledgeable about their business. The teams they send to perform the demos and installations are also incredibly kind people who clearly have great work ethic and pride in what they do. Their installs are quick and efficient with very little disruption to our schools normal activities. I highly recommend working with this company if you have flooring needs.

These folks were very flexible with me, the previous owner of the house I just bought left me with a major flea problem in the basement, so much so that I had to rip the carpet out and combat them for about 6 weeks.

Absolute floors never charged me extra to hold the carpet or bothered me about it, they were extremely understanding and gave me every extension request I asked for! Even on one night where I had forgot to message them for another weeks extension and they were still gracious enough to help me out.

The carpet install itself looks great, and was done very fast. Had I not been the one postponing the work, it would have been done very quickly.
