Our furnace broke on the coldest night of the year. That sucked. Absolute Air responded first thing in the morning. I know enough about furnaces to have kept our very old furnace working long past it's life expectancy, and to also know that Shay, the technician that came to our house, did everything possible to revive our furnace. It was dead. Because we knew it was old, my wife and I had already been looking into the cost to upgrade our current system. Absolute Air sold us a great system at an excellent price, and were there the next morning with everything we needed. They were fast, friendly, courteous, and mopped up when they were done (it had just snowed!). Very happy customer.Report
