Within a day I got estimate via email from Lisa (in the office). Work involved removal of 2 layers of old shingles, and the crew accomplished this massive task and cleanup quickly and carefully! I was very pleased with the responsiveness one morning recently when some shingles blew off my roof. They came out within 1 - 2 hours of me calling, to inspect, then someone else came out and repaired my issue a couple of hours after that.
I recommend them for their quick response and professionalism. The office staff, any time I've dealt with them, have been very courteous and kind. I thought the charge was extremely reasonable.
