I went to Hawaii to renew wedding vows with my husband of 20 years and my experience with Above Heaven’s Gate was amazing. I live in Las Vegas and when I purchased the package online, communicating with Jodi and Sara was always easy and pleasant. When the big day arrived, our first impression was outstanding. The beautiful white limo was waiting for us. At first I didn’t believe it was ours because it was more than I expected. All of the flowers were beautiful and the attention to detail was exquisite.

We wanted to take the opportunity to thank Cpt. Howie and his amazing staff for the outstanding wedding service they provided us. Mahalo! Their attention to detail and friendly service throughout the planning process allowed us to focus on enjoying our special day without worry.

We would like to thank all of you from the bottom of our hearts the happiest day of ours life’s, October 21th 2010! We wanted a magical Oahu beach wedding so we started to look for the perfect place. We found it within five minutes on the internet – Above Heaven´s Gate. It was the one! We didn’t hesitate for a second and we´re glad for that!

As a mother, you want your daughter’s wedding to be very special. My daughter and her husband agreed that the wedding was all and more than we could have hoped for. This was our 35th anniversary and our other daughters 5th anniversary as well. Capt. Howie made all 6 of us feel so very blessed. During the service, I looked over at my husband as the tears glided down his face. Never mind that the Pukalani Falls Garden, Captain Howie’s Hobbit House and Angels Bay Beach are truly a sight to see. It was Captain Howie’s heartfelt message we received during the service that was absolutely priceless. All six of us walked away and could do little more than talk about the wedding service. Captain Howie’s office manager, Sara, made sure everything was just perfect. It does a parents heart good to see her children so happy.

Thank you so much for hosting our wedding and making everything so easy and beautiful! You had everything we needed to plan and the crew was professional and fun to work with. From makeup and hair, to the photography, to the wonderful Hawaiian wedding ceremony, and the surprise outtakes coaxed from us at the end (an acoustic duet of Pinball Wizard)… we could not have wished for a more fun and meaningful experience. Everyone loved the video and photos. They added so much to our reception. It really was memorable and we would recommend a wedding at Above Heaven’s Gate to anyone that wants so much more than a standard cookie-cutter destination wedding in Hawaii.
