Able Roofing

I would have never received a new roof if I wasn't working with Ernie. He is a true professional and great representative of Able Roof. The installation only took one day and I was very pleased with how the roof looks now.

I would not recommend Able Roof at all. My experience was bad from beginning to end and it's still not over. Production was very rude and acted as though you were bothering then whenever I called to follow up on installation. Once my roof was installed the crew forgot flashing in four spots , did a terrible job on the chimney flashing, left nails all over my yard and left multiple shingles lifted, and forgot to install two pieces of drip edge. The crew came back four times so far and have still not repaired it correctly. My project manager was largely unresponsive and did not care about quality or if I was satisfied. Management pretends to care depending on the day but it seems to be mostly lip service. Bottom line they are too big and no longer value their customers. Go with a smaller roofer who cares about doing a good job.

Inspector was excellent and took the time to explain everything to us and he wasn't pushy. On the day of the installation, the team showed up on time and was done in about 8.5 hours. They spent the last hour, cleaning up and did an excellent job of getting all debris out of the front and back yard. During the day, 2 additional supervisors/inspectors came out to check the work and keep up updated on the progress. I was very impressed all around with the customer service and overall experience!

Waited about 6 weeks after signing our contract with Able for our new roof to be installed. I called to check the schedule because we had not hear anything from them and it was pasted their estimated start date. Finally received a call back from our sales guy telling us he had "no idea why but suddenly the guy in charge of our project has decided he doesn't want to do our job" and they are breaking our contract.

They repaired some bad spots on our roof and put a new roof on. They were fast, professional and thorough.
We will definitely use them in the future for other repairs.
