My favorite hotel. Nice staff. Very friendly. Always clean and exactly what you expect. Awesome weight room.

The survey takes forever. It's as big of a joke as your call center

Very dissatisfied with holiday inn Aberdeen. I called 4 times to try and set up a room block. The employees I spoke to were very nice, but a manager was needed to set up the block. No manager called me back, even after the employee I spoke to marked my request as urgent. Very disappointed as I usually have very good luck with Holiday Inn.

enjoyed my room, but the bathroom smelled like smoke,

No complaints about anything except that I was really expecting a refrigerator and microwave in our room. We have family meme beds with special dietary needs and I needed to be able to store and prep food, which I was unable to do.

The hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful in all areas. The water slide was fun for our young grandchildren! We were confused why the actual slide had only a short opening at night. Would've like that open in the morning as well.
