I do not know where to start. There is a reason these guys have 5 stars. I was hit as a pedestrian by a vehicle at an intersection. While I didn't break any bones, I was definitely roughed up. Gary came to my aid and was able to get me a settlement that was even more than I expected. He was super communicative and knows his stuff. My favorite part was the team they have for gathering evidence. They even found a video of my accident. They took care of my medical bills so I didn't have to talk to the hospital and were great at negotiating. Diane was also great at handling all of the annoying hospital billing as well. I'd give them 10 stars. Keep up the good work. God forbid I get into another accident, but if I do I know who I'm calling.

Didn't get a chance to work with this team because they made me feel like my case was a waste of time...I was hit by an ambulance that didn’t have on sirens and he attempted to flee, when I pursued him to get information I was almost attacked... the impact left scratches on my car, unaligned bumper and unaligned trunk, which shook me and my daughter around in the car, we both suffered injuries that required treatment...the law team expressed empathy for the other driver stating 'he was JUST confused by the streets", an ambulance driver being just confused is negligent by the driver and company that hired him, I wouldn't want my loved ones transported by them; the law team stated my damages were not enough to really cause the injuries we sustained; my 16yr old being a new driver was traumatized, by the accident and what happened after, being this was the first accident she ever experienced, Gary stated she wouldn't suffer distress from this, WOW; the law team suggested we settle for less than our medical expenses; I guess if you don't have a total loss or require surgery and hospital stay they will not put forth effort to help you. I've been driving for 40 years. Never an accident. Then a teenager crossed the double yellow. November 2023. My car was totaled. I went to the emergency room. Herniated disc. Luckily, the teen driver and witnesses all said I was innocent.

For over three months, I tried to get a fair settlement with the guilty driver’s insurance company. I was polite and patient. I shared all related documents and bills, including notes from the ER, a specialist, and my primary care doctor. I thought this accident was 100% straight forward. No gray area. But... the opposing insurance company would not budge. The experience was surreal and maddening. So many calls. I don’t think I ever talked to the same insurance agent twice.
