Unfortunately, I had not the best experience with this shop. Everyone on the phone sound professional and understanding. After explaining numerous times of what happened and all the specifications of the truck, I decided to tow the vehicle over to this guys. Next day after spending time and effort I received a phone call stating they won't be able to work on my vehicle. Not sure where miscommunication happened, but they couldn't care less.. Everyone that I talked to suddenly disappeared and another gentleman told me the "good" news. Please check all the details before go here and double check everything.

Dear Robert, or should I address you as Stan, the name you used on the phone. I am sorry your are upset but with all due respect, we were absolutely correct to turn away your vehicle and this review is totally undeserved. I know exactly where the miss-communication happened as I spoke with you personally. You totally miss-represented what you were towing in and did not explain the specifications of the truck, only describing it as a "tall transit van" about 11' high, NOT the extended sleeper cab dually box truck you towed to us. Had you honestly described what it was, we would have happily referred you to another shop that handles oversized vehicles and I explained that to you on the phone before you insisted it was not a big vehicle. You still described it as a "tall van". Your failure to properly identify the vehicle when asked directly led to this "miss-communication". Secondly, we were very professional with you but you refused to accept our inability to fit your vehicle in our shop, not to mention a couple other items you left out of your description of the issues with your truck. We gladly referred to a repair shop that handles oversized vehicles. I told you personally I was not in favor of having you tow it to us but you assured me it would not be an issue.
