A1 Service Plumbing

Driver of one of their work trucks blared his horn behind me at a left-turn light that had JUST turned green (Altamonte Springs area). After we both made a U-Turn, he tried to run me off the road while flicking me off.

It's unfortunate that this business hires malicious individuals like this one, I wouldn't want them doing any work for me.

Honest, friendly plumbers who won't try to rip you off. Their pricing was very fair. I saved a bunch of money by using these guys to repair a slab leak. And they did a great job too.

When working in the attic to place pipes workers knocked down Nest Front Door camera/alarm transformer AND hangers for AC conduit. Now, although I have video of when they arrived from front door, the indication of when it went off line, and the fact no one else was in the attic they refuse to correct their mistake. Very nice good group of guys that made what I am sure was an honest mistake they would wish to correct - perhaps management just isn't telling them. I grew up that if you broke something you took responsibility for your actions.

We called A1 Service today, within a couple of hours. The service guy was at our door (Taylor). He was efficient, very friendly, made sure all our concerns were answered before he got started and even price up front. Taylor made sure all our floors were protected before he started. Got the job done and was not making us feel like he was rushing, took is time to be sure the job was done and done right. I would recommend anyone family or friends to use their service. Very professional and fast response service for even a holiday weekend.
