Takes your money and doesnt return Look at Yelp. Its one after another. My wife gave him a check for parts and he never returned.

I hired Vincent from A&J Appliances to repair my washing machine and my refrigerator. If I had known how little it would cost me I would have not waited for two years for a new ice maker to be put in. My washing machine went on Tuesday and was fixed by Friday! Vincent kept his appointment times and was very polite and quick. I highly recommend him! He was also very reasonable!

Incredibly helpful and walked me through every step of the repair. Responsive even on the weekend. Highly recommend for any repair.

Had an error code on my dishwasher, gave them a call and they said they could come by same day to look at it. I was out of town and wasn’t able to get back in a reasonable time so the came by the next day on a Saturday. Great communication and they diagnosed the problem and made some suggestions to try first before throwing a bunch of parts at it saving me money. Would definitely use them again.

FRAUD ALERT - BEWARE THEY TOOK MY MONEY 140 DAYS AGO AND DID NOT PERFORM THE WORK NOW WON’T RETURN A CALL
I really do not like posting negative reviews about small Businesses but want to make sure anyone reading reviews does not get ripped off like I am.
We paid this company March 22, 2024 to replace the glass on an over door. I have talked to several people since then who all have given me excuses about why a simple oven door glass replacement has not been completed. For the last week they have not returned any of my phone calls. They told me I had to pay first for them to order the part. Not usually how I do business but took a chance after reading the mostly good reviews. A&J cashed the check that day and have never been back to perform the work.

Excuses have included but not limited to:
I lost your number to set up installation
Schedule is to busy can’t make it this week we will call you. (Did not call back)
Tech is on vacation and has the part
Tech’s van is broken down and will not be on the road. (Apparently only van and only tech)
Last week they schedule to come out twice confirmed a time then canceled. First was a no show and the last communication was that the part was damage and could not be installed but would have a replacement Tuesday this week (8-6-24).

As of right now (140 days since payment) they are not responding to my calls to both the tech directly nor the main number for work ticket #3247. I miss the days when you could count on someone to show up and do what they say they would.
At this point I would like a refund $345, till they rectify this it is basically FRAUD!

Tony was out repair man for the range he was very professional and knowledgeable about what we need to repair it.He was on time as he said.Iwould recommend him 5 stars+.
