Great experience. Jim was awesome and so was his work crew. They were very professional and precise. He gave me the best quote and performed quality work. What I Ioved the most he genuinely cared if I was happy and satisfied with the work. I would definitely recommend Jim for all your roofing needs. I will definitely use him in the future if needed. Thanks Jim. He is a great businessman.

Took forever to get a quote and it ended up not being for what I wanted

Randal, sorry you feel the need to try and hurt our reputation. You were told twice why we would not do the roof you wanted, because we could not warranty it. You were told what we could do for you that would be warrantied and sent you the estimate at your request, and now you feel the need for this. We offer free estimates, we do not guaranty we will do a roof.

Jim came out and repair some weak spot on our roof that needed repaired!!! done that same day all i can say is he was excellent thank you.

Jim and his team did phenomenal work on our new roof. We were replacing the roof as we were moving in and he was able to get the new roof completed before our move-in date, without us even asking! He works fast, has good relationships with material suppliers, and gave good, thoughtful advice particular to the needs of our project. Jim's customer service was excellent, and it is clear that he is committed to getting the best deal possible for his customers. When the job was finished, his crew cleaned up the site and you would never know they had been there, except for the shiny new roof! Lastly, I really appreciated that Jim was respectful to me as the customer and did not automatically defer to my husband, as many contractors tend to do. Next time we need a roof, we'll be calling Jim...and you should too!!!

My call was answered promptly and Jim came out and repaired my leaking roof on the same day, and it looks great, it was an answer to prayer! I will definitely recommend his company.
