Lots of mildew and some black spots that wouldn't come off the side of my house. The owner, Charlie came out and looked over everything. Gave me a price and explained the process. We scheduled A-1 window washers and i prepaid for the service as I would be working all day. I came home to a brand new looking house! They even did the concrete on the front entry way. I am very happy i found out about these guys! Give them a call if you want your house looking the best!
