This place is absolutely AWFUL!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! They have no Idea what they are doing, the owner is really innapropriate with lude comments and just a wierdo to everyone. Steve is just a serious sales man thats so full of crap, I could smell him from a mile away everytime he tried to explain what was going on with my system. I went to get a simple hardrive problem fixed and they kept my system for MONTHS! All the while I was getting the run around from Steve and the owner. They supposedly ordered a "new" hardive 3 times. (I took it to another place after I got it back and it was clearly NOT new, but they charged me for it anyway) There was to many excuses and total BS from these people that the details are to long to write here. The people that work here are rediculous and dirty. The girl in the front was dressed ghetto and had a really obnoxious attitude and laugh. Totally unprofessional. It was obvious from the clutter and disorganization of the place that they have NO business sense or even common sense to ... DO NOT GO HERE!!! The ONLY helpful person there was Mark, he actually told me what was really wrong with my system and finally fixed it for me. That guy should be working somewhere else, he shouldn't be working with such low lifes. They were horrible with charging me also, they actually charged my card twice, and even tried a third time but I set up a "block payment" thing with my bank so they couldnt steal my money again. EWW, I hope this place shuts down and they get fined. I'm also going to complain to BBB. Their a rating is crap. I bet they just got it or just paid them off. Seriously, do not go here.

Courteous and very Informed. These guys saved me from losing my job. I had them come out and repair what I thought was a network issue as I have alot of experience in Computers however it was a Virus coming from my Internet Provider they corrected and blocked it in a matter of minutes so I could get my appraisal back to my boss and saved my butt. THANKS GUYS
