The laundry machines stained my clothes. The place is way overpriced for the area and it is not nicer than any other laundromats nearby.
Edit: Dropping my review to one star because of the owner's pathetic (and illegal) manipulation tactics. The owner replied to my review saying "Never was a customer." I assure you, I did not pick a random place on the map to give a bad review. That doesn't even make sense. Not sure why the owner is gaslighting every less-than-5-star review on here, but that says everything I need to know about this business. Even if I had a good experience here, after reading these reviews and the owner's responses I would never support this place. They'd rather spend time arguing online than learning from it and improving the business. There are many honest, hardworking laundromat owners who deserve our support, and this is not one of them. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PLACE!

Update: The washing machine STAINED my clothes and sheets. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
Original: EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. I have literally used laundromats across the country, and in places much more expensive than Miami (LA, San Francisco, and NYC, just in the past year) and this is the most expensive laundromat I have ever seen, and the only one that use of the dryer is not free with your wash. Sure the vibe is cool, but I'm not ok with paying twice as much just to wash my clothes in a place with palm leaves painted on the walls and blaring music. Also, not very clean. All the machines have grimy buildup from past detergent uses. Other reviews were very misleading. I can't imagine how bad other laundrymats in the area must be for this dumpy old place with murals to get such glowing reviews. I would never come back here and wouldn't recommend. The only positive was the lady working there, who was very nice.

I'm sad to hear this review not sure if you understand the world we are living in now and how hard and expensive it is to run a small business these days. Not only do these reviews hurt small business it also is misleading when people don't understand the location, area and beautiful community we represent. It's not just your local laundromat we are in the heart of the Cuban neighborhood of Miami so we love our music and those paintings on the walls represent and support local Cuban artists.
Then is comes to a little education on laundromat psychology. The laundromats that offer free drying up the prices of the washers enough to cover their cost on drying. Nothing in life is free. And if you were so familiar with community washing and laundromats you would have known to check the machine and make sure nothing would effect your clothes being washed because a machine can't stain anything. But left over product from other customers can.
90% of our machines are 6 months old and are cleaned every day.
I hope you have a beautiful day exploring our little Havana and learning about the community a bit more before you slander another small business just trying to keep the doors open and service the beautiful people of Miami.
