Someone came right away despite it being Thanksgiving.. excellent communication as they kept me in the loop as far as ETA. The driver was super nice and friendly as well.

John gonazalez is the worst person to work here he should not be allowed to speak to customers HORRIBLE SERVICE THEY CHARGED ME AND NEVER REFUNDED MY MONEY WHEN THEY NEVER SHOWED UP TO HELP AND SAID THEY HAVE REFUNDED MY MONEY AND I SHOULD'VE NEVER BEEN CHARGED!!!!! Now they won't answer the phone I had to get law enforcement involved !!!!! These people are thieves

There was some communication issues between me and the manager and the driver. I waited almost 2hrs but when getting something towed who doesn't wait long? Once the guy was there he got it down the parking garage ramp I was on to he able to load it. Once hooking it up he drove to the drop off location and parked it in the exact spot I wanted. To add to the experience it was 8pm. The driver then waited an additional 10 mins in the parking lot under my Uber picked me up so I wasn't left sitting in a empty parking lot in the dark.

Great job the only thing was had t wait two hours but it was late a night and raining but we were safe in a parking lot.

Too expensive. Head manager is good but those under him are not professional.

My experience was awesome. They came 3 hours later after I placed the call, but who isn't busy in this big city? They have other people calling them too you know? So be patient. The guy was really cool with me. Made me feel comfortable. He offered me a ride to and from the place. Which I didn't take the offer because I had another vehicle, but totally cool that they have that option. I can't remember his name! I am honestly bad with names. Anyways, awesome job. I do recommend them!

Do not waste your hard earned money!!!! They are not affordable. After giving them my info on where I was stranded they said they k ew exactly where I was at. 4 hours later they were still asking me for directions! They sent another tow company and didnt give them the right directions! They're unprofessional and do not know how to communicate effectively!

Guy hung up on me wouldn't trust him wit anyone's car
