I am 87 year old woman lost the tiny key to the lock. My grandson has a contractor buddy who could cut the lock. My grandson called the first lady said that should be no problem! Instead they make your hire a locksmith! My other storage facility just replaced the keys if they were lost instead they make you pay a lock smith which cost even more money. Awful storage facility! Customer service is horrible! What a complete rip off!

Locksmiths are skilled at properly removing a lock without damaging the hasp or door. For the security of your contents, we don’t keep keys to customer locks. All around terrible experience. Was told to change my lock, per new requirements. Rental fee was increased without warning. My unit is somehow dirty inside and filled with spiders, without the door being opened frequently so my belongings are being destroyed due to poor upkeep. Have also had water in my unit after rain. Absolutely do not recommend.

Virginia, we regret to hear about your experience at our Credle Road location. 24 Seven Storage takes the security of your storage space seriously which is why we now require the round disc-style lock. This is the most secure lock in today’s industry standard. We have been busy working very hard to improve the facility. We hope you noticed during your visits all the items we improved at this location. We painted the facility, added a security gate, security cameras and we are now adding a new roof. An exterminator visits our facility monthly to spray for bugs to help with pest control. This is the first we are hearing from you regarding water in your space after it rains. I had a great experience with Carley this morning and 24/7 storage. I had to upgrade from a unit I had just bought but it wasn’t big enough. So Carley was able to get me squared away. I hope to continue my pleasant experience.
