Had to repair a broken toilet handle lever that resulted in flooding the master bathroom and ruining carpet as well unclog the toilet to the other bathroom that would’ve lead to another costly damage claim that came shortly after wind damage blew over the south side property line fence and the entire south eastern foundation and access had gotten polluted due to repeated misdiagnosis of a motor vehicle and tampering with a business truck essential for hauling material and tools and continuing to legally and ethically fund the local economy, and because multiple agencies within the government have refused their own records to be factual and neglected diligence in their duties not only has work been “decisional” by no fault but the community and their records, witnesses and alibis, but the over piling debts of excessive utilities only wrongfully aided the theft of the property owner and liened against the fourth amendment of the United States Constitution specifically disparaging another of their inalienable rights as a citizen, thankfully they’ve treated my property like it’s theirs in repairs without rushing and documenting every detail along the way to ensure equity loss is minimal and mitigation leaves it in better quality than when the deed was received. When working in assessing the value of property and keeping records is important to investors, this small business should be a go to every time.
