David is professional and knowledgeable. He did a thorough inspection and patiently explained all the questions we have. We are amazed by his report too. His report is fast and thorough with pictures, details and explanation for how to fix. Thank you David!

David did a wonderful job explaining issues found during the inspection. He also gave me a book to go over things in more detail and describe home maintenance that should be performed.

I am a first time home buyer so having these things explained has been really helpful.

I called another company in the area and was met with terrible customer service and told there were no openings for at least a month. David was able to work things out with his schedule and arrived on time.

I would recommend David to anyone needing a home inspection. He also did a wind mitigation, 4 point and termite inspection for me. I felt the price was very reasonable compared to others in the area.

I called David out of the blue. I was purchasing a home in an area where I knew no one. He reassured me that he would take all the necessary steps to insure I had the best inspection before purchasing. He was able to schedule me within my 15 day binder. He was on time and spent 2 hours inspecting every inch of the home and outside building. I am so pleased to have met David and you will be also.

Absolutely excellent. David did a thorough job and explained to us several tips and tricks for maintenance on our first home. He is extremely knowledgeable and I trust everything that he did. We feel very comfortable moving into our house: a feeling we may not have gotten if we used a different inspector. Thanks for the help David!
