We called 1st Foreclosure Prevention right away because a friend of ours who went through foreclosure in Florida told us about them. I've done business with this company, and to put a very long and painful story into couple words, I was very disappointed and frustrated with them, just go to Better Business Berau (BBB) and look them up. They have lowest possible rating and lots of complaints. I wish I looked them up before dealing with them.

1st foreclosure is a scam!!! They took my $2795.00 and did absolutely nothing. I almost lost my house because of this company. I ended up filing chapter 13 to save my home. Company refuses to refund my money. As soon as I got my foreclosure notice 1st foreclosure stopped taking my calls and wound not respont to any of my emails nor voicemails. Everytime ZI spoke to this company they responded by saying "were close" Then a month later they would call me and say we need you to resubmit all your information again. My lender told me that they they tried several times to get in touch with this company and they failed to respond. You are better off hiring an Attorney for a loan modification.... Also look at reviews for this company notice that they are all positive and dated back in 2009. There is no negative reveiws anywhere about this company. The ones that get posted get removed somehow... SCAM BEWARE.... They will take your money and disappear....

Foreclosure suck. No one should have to deal with them. I had no idea where to go or what to do. I finally came across 1st Foreclosure Prevention. They helped me figure out how to save my home. We must have done something right. It's still mine.
