Our most recent interaction was needed due to a cross country move that was mishandled by Allied Moving that subsequently damaged our beloved unit. Great customer service

I purchased the Redford cigar humidor as a gift for my Husband. It was backordered and delivery took a couple of months due to a problem with shipping containers coming from overseas. When the crate arrived it was in perfect condition. We disassembled the crate and the Humidor was in excellent condition . It has a rich brown stain and looks awesome. Thanks 1st class humidors.
