Recently purchased 12 new diffusers for my old 4 x 4 florescent fixtures in my home. I can saw from experience the customer service is fantastic. Not once but twice I had to contact customer support due to the product being damaged in shipment. The items in each case were very thoroughly packaged by 1800ceilings. The damage was the fault of very rough handling by UPS.
In each contact I was created by a friendly customer support agent. And in each case the replacement were shipped the following day. This company has exceeded my expectations! And a very special THANK YOU to Diana for her handling of this situation.
Excellent customer service. I ordered light covers and one corner of the covers was damaged upon arrival. They sent out replacements the next day. Very happy.
