I called today and was told I needed to wait 90 minutes and pay $150 for help with gas. After waiting 45 minutes, in the sun, on a busy road, I get a text that it will actually be an additional 90 minutes. I called and was told they had ONE truck in Santa Rosa and the previous call changed drop off locations....Report
I called Nestor's and they were there within 30 miutes and charged me $60. Now waiting to see if THESE folks give me the refund they promised (yes they charged me up front as well). Will NEVER use them again. (Nestor's didn't charge me til the job was done)

Phone operator was pushy and wanted to get me to commit to a lot of paid work before I felt informed enough to make the decision. The end quote was probably three times higher than a local owner/operator tow company.
