My son’s car had a flat tire. I called three tow companies. 10-4 Tow provided excellent customer service: on the phone; as well as the pick up from home and drop off of vehicle at the tire shop (Hanlons). Sales rep listened attentively and provided affordable tow cost. The driver was friendly, positive, and a great smile! I rode on a nice, clean tow truck. Great communication all around. The worst call to take your vehicleReport
The men who takes the vehicles is very stupid
He treats people very badly
Our insurance authorized us to pick up our belongings but he didn't let us and still mistreated us
I don't recommend this place to anyone.
If you need this type of service, do not go to this location and do not allow them tow your vehicle
You will be frustrated.

This place is a ripoff, they quoted me one price and when my driver was there getting the van towed they told him it’s a 3 hour minimum. This is outrageous for a 5 mile tow. Please save yourself the headache and call someone else. The owner Lee is one rude person. I will continue to past my results to keep others having issues. The 5 mike yow went from $295 to $962. Crazy. Even at $295 it was to much.Report
