After an hour and a half of waiting for an answer of when they will be there. They tell they can't get there until in the morning. We are blocking an intersection, do they really think that is acceptable ? 24 hour service means be prepared, or don't advertise it is something you can do if you can't.Report

My car has problem so I call the towing service nearest to my location at south San Jose. However, I wait under sun (~90 degree) for TWO hours and finally the guy coming from Redwood city to south San Jose to tow my car!! Why does a company located at south San Jose but ask a towing guy from ANOTHER company and from Redwood city to help? Even the towing driver didn't understand, and he gave me his business card saying that if that happened again and I want to ask for help (or close to Redwood city), I can call his company directly. So, I wonder if this 10-4 Tow of San Jose even owned their towing cars or just a company working with multiple towing companies? Besides, the most important thing is the service. After one hour wait, I call the service again, Julie said the driver is only few minutes away and will arrive soon. 30 minutes later, I call service again, Julie said almost there, then within 20 minutes, and within 20 minutes. Finally the driver (I am not sure if that driver was the same driver she said will arrive within few minutes) after over two hours (2 hours 10 minutes)!!! Julie, you should tell customers the truth and be honest, not lying. I can ask my wife to pick me up if that really needs to take so long to my location, not lying to customers. Long time ago I had one towing service, and I can even trace the driver's location so I do know where the driver is, and can contact the driver directly, but this company has NONE but lies!! I will remember this company and will NOT have their service forever.Report
