DO NOT CALL THEM, DO NOT USE THEM!!!!. Insisted on credit card info before dispatching after my elderly parents were in an accident, It took them about 1.5 hours to arrive despite numerous calls. Completely overcharged for a short tow, when questioned the driver threatened to hold the car until we pay. THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU IF UOU CALL THEM.Report

Guy showed up and hour and a half late, after being told it would take just 30 min. Then wanted to charge me 300 dollars for a simple battery jump even after I was quoted 40-80 dollars on the phone by receptionist!? Don’t use this company!!!!Report

Called this business because I locked myself out of my 2005 odyssey. They said 20 -25 minutes ($95 - $130). I had to call back an hour later when nobody showed up. The driver said he couldn’t find the place and was out too far (he didn’t call me to let me know) so he would find another tech to help me. Half hour later someone showed up in a van, he didn’t work for 10 4 towing. He unlocked the door then presented a bill for $160.00 I had to get going and he unlocked the car (took him 10 seconds). I called 10 4 office after to see why the price difference. Apparently it was my fault I didn’t call 10 4 towing while the guy unlocking my door was there, so that they can tell him to discount the price. Now that he’s gone I cannot be refunded the difference. Super shadyReport

Fast arrival and the driver went above and beyond. We called because our catalytic converter was stolen, and when the tow came, it seems our battery died too. He was very helpful to get our car loaded onto the flatbed.Report
