Do not use this company. I called them to be towed for a flat tire.

I called this company because they were the only ones that could get out to my coworker fast enough. I was calling on the behalf of my coworker, because I am his manager.

Before, they sent the technician out to tow him. They wanted me to sign a document with my credit card information as well as my drivers license which I provided, and signed. They will not send anyone out until this is done first.

I was quoted $275 per hour, which would seem fair, come to find out they start their timer as soon as the tech is on their way. Which, how are we supposed to know that if we don’t get sent a notification, or many updates. Long story short we were charged $825 for about an hour of their time from when they got to the vehicle and dropped it off at a tire shop. Mind you their original ETA was 40-45 minutes I believe, it took them over an hour.

Because I called on behalf of my coworker, the driver needed my photo ID and credit card. Why would they need my credit card info, if I sent all that information to the office? The office should have communicated that information to the driver. After the driver had hooked my coworkers' vehicle up. The driver was not going to tow him anywhere until I could provide those pictures. ID is understandable, but the card information too?? The office already had that information. After he took payment, I did not receive a receipt immediately or even within the next 30 minutes.

The office situation was strange as well. Their phone service was not the best. The call kept dropping, they sounded far away, phone crackling. I called from two different phones and it did the same thing. I was being transferred. I had about 5-8 phone calls with them. My coworker could not get a hold of them sometimes as well. I called one last time because I wanted a receipt and the individual I spoke with could not help me and said I had to wait 24-48 hours for a receipt. From that point I felt the process was all so strange since I had to give the office documents with card information, as well as a photo, and then the driver wanted that information as well again. I ended up canceling my card, right after the service. It was all just a headache. $825 is crazy. They are located in SD and the vehicle we needed towed was also in SD.

Once you call and make a deposit I do not believe they have any idea what happens to your car. Expect no communication nor updates and no reliable information about tow status or location. Good luck with 10-4, you are on your own

We have been unable to receive or request updates on the status of the car and still don’t really know where it is. Be careful, they take a deposit right away, but the company does not seem safe or reliable. I will update my review for 2/5 stars if we are somehow able to get our car back.

Please do not use this service. They tried to charge me 225$ for a 10 minute tow. The manager is an idiot himself. Stay away.
