The absolute worst experience I’ve had with a towing service. Given an hour wait time in which I waited well past while receiving no phone calls regarding updates.

Great customer service at the time I called for their help. The driver arrived as expected with a courtesy call to let me know he was here. Will definitely use them again and will add their number to my contacts. Thank you 10-4 Towing!

Excellent service and care with the pickup and drop off at repair facility. Driver courteous and respectful and drove very professionally. Will recommend for preferred service.

Spoke to Tito who was very professional and prompt to having a truck out to my location. They arrived in less than an hour and were very reasonably priced. If the need comes up again I’ll be sure to use this company.

My tow truck driver Luis was very helpful with making sure my car got to the designated location. He made sure all details were understood before towing my car. I recommend this company and Luis.
