They took longer than what they had said it was going to take. They didn't update me at all so I called and tow truck shows up 10 minutes later. If I wouldn't have called I don't know how much longer I would of had to wait. They also gave me one price over the phone. The tow truck gave me a higher price once he got there. Then I noticed my credit card charge was even higher than the tow trucks charge. I called and they said a manager would call me back and nothing. Would no suggest due to lack of communication and being over charged twice!Report
