This very unprofessional owner "Jason" was not forthright in giving me information about towing of my daughter's car, which had been pared for less then 15 minutes. It was 500 to tow and he was upset I was calling him at 1 am, when it was towed atv12.30am. They have a F in the BBB and is at the verge of possible losing their permit. Horrible experience.Report

Called them to tow our car after a car accident. We were told that they would come within an hour and that it would be $175 and an additional $85 if they use special equipment. However, they showed up in 2.5 hours. They used some sort of plastic tracks and WD-40 to slide the car up to the tow truck. It was dark already when they got the car to our home. The driver gave us the receipt with the price of $270. I called the company and asked why $270. Their response was because the car couldn't go to Neutral and they had to use the "special equipment". So a couple of plastic tracks under the wheels and WD-40 to slide the car up is the "special equipment". I told them even with that it shouldn't be $270, on which they said that they will put these comments on the file. Of course, no one called me back, and they charged $270. I'm not satisfied with their service because I think they just tell you lower price upfront to lure customers and then charge them the higher price. Also, waiting for twice as long as you were told is not great either.Report
