  • Can you send me an invoice for my directory submission?
    1. Log in to your account on BOTW.org here.
    2. Select “Manage Your Products” from the links in the center and click the Billing History button next to the listing you need an invoice for.
    3. Click the printer icon next to the charge you need to print an invoice for. This will open a new browser window with a printable version of your invoice.

  • How do I remove a credit card from my BOTW Account?
    NOTE: A card cannot be removed if it is tied to an active listing or sponsorship. Contact Us for assistance.
    1. Log in to your account on BOTW.org here.
    2. Select “Payment Methods” from the links in the Settings section.
    3. Go to the credit card you would like to remove, click "Remove Card" and click OK.

  • My listing was cancelled. How can I reactivate it?
    1. Log in to your account on BOTW.org here.
    2. Select “Payment Methods” from the links in the Settings section.
    3. Click Add a New Credit Card and enter the new details.
    4. Contact Us and we will reactivate your listing at your grandfathered rate.

  • How do I cancel my Directory Listing or Sponsorship?
    1. Log in to your account on BOTW.org here.
    2. Select “Manage Your Products” from the navigation links in the center of the screen.
    3. Click the checkbox next to the the listing you would like to cancel.
    4. Confirm that the listing should be removed from the directory immediately by selecting the “Process Cancellation” button.
    5. Find the “With Selected Items” dropdown at the top right of the page and choose cancel. Please choose “Cancel Immediately” or “Cancel at the End of Billing Term”

  • How do I update my credit card information?
    1. Log in to your account on BOTW.org here.
    2. Select “Payment Methods” from the links in the Settings section.
    3. Click Add a New Credit Card and enter the new details.
    4. Go to Manage Your Products.
    5. Check off the listings you want to move to the new card.
    6. Choose “Assign Items to a Different Payment Method” from the dropdown and choose the new card.
