The Arabian is a horse that was designed to flourish in a desert environment, it has a dished face, a snaked neck, and a proud tail carriage. These horses are used to cross with other breeds to enfuse stamina and to refine more of the coarser breeds. Some breeds have originated almost entirely from the Arabian, one example would be the Thoroughbred, whose origins can be traced back to three Arabian stallions that were imported to England (the Godolphin Arabian, the Byerley Turk, and the Darley Arabian).
