• Down Syndrome International Swimming Organisation  - Organizes a program of international swimming events for people with Downs Syndrome; includes a handbook, event calendar, coaching resources, records, and entry packs.
• INAS FID Europe  - European Sports Federation for Persons with Intellectual Disability. An organization dedicated to providing disabled athletes with access to various sports opportunities.
• Intellectual Disability Ban Ends  - A BBC news feature from November 2009; covers the re-admittance of athletes with intellectual disabilities to the Paralympic Games; they had been banned as a result of scandal around the Spanish basketball team at the 2000 games.
• Life Stream Foundation  - A provider of sport and recreation programs for people with an intellectual disability in Queensland, Australia. Includes details of their services, events, membership, and volunteer opportunities.
• UK Sports Association for People with Learning Disability (UKSA)  - Works from grass roots through to elite performance to promote participation for people with learning disability, and facilitate their competition in national and international sports events.
