Henry Louis Aaron, known to fans as Hank or "Hammerin' Hank" was born on February 5, 1934 and broke many records, but his crowning glory was beating Babe Ruth's record for most career home runs with 755 in 1974. He hung on to that record for 33 years, when Barry Bonds beat the it.
