Malachi, whose name means "messenger," wrote the Book of Malachi, which is the last book in the Old Testament. It was written from 450 to 400 B.C. after the return from the Babylonian captivity, and its key truth was about religious formalism without true dedication. The key verse is found in 3:6, and it is "I the LORD do not change."
