Genesis, the first Book in the Bible, begins with the creation of the world and takes us through the rest of the foundation of God's revelation of Himself to His believers. The key truth in Genesis is beginnings. It was written in the 15th century B.C. by Moses, and contains the key verse, found in 1:1: "In the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth."
