• An Comunn Gàidhealach America  - Aims to promote and preserve Gaelic language and culture by supporting interest in Gaelic literature, song, music, art and history in North America; includes learning resources, details of membership and events, and links.
• An Etymological Dictionary of the Gaelic Language  - An online version of Alexander MacBain's Gaelic-English dictionary, first published in 1911.
• Beag air Bheag  - BBC Scotland's learning resource for absolute beginners in Scottish Gaelic.
• Deirdìre  - A version of the story of Deirdìre recorded from oral tradition on Barra at the end of the 19th century; includes the Gaelic and parallel English translation.
• Faclair na Gàidhlig  - An online dictionary of the Scottish Gaelic language; also includes background to this inter-university project.
• Sabhal Mòr Ostaig  - A higher education college on the Isle of Skye which is entirely Gaelic medium; describes their courses and degrees, facilities, and links to the UHI Millennium Institute. Also offers a directory of Gaelic resources.
• Taic  - For Gaelic learners, with online lessons, vocabulary lists, and a list of resources.
