• Porphyromonas gingivalis Genome Project  - Collaborative endeavor between The Forsyth Institute (TFI) and The Institute for Genomic Research (TIGR). Aims to determine, analyze, and annotate the DNA sequence for the genome of P. gingivalis.
• PyloriGene World-Wide Web Server  - Database dedicated to the analysis of the Helicobacter pylori genome. Collates and integrates various aspects of the flagellated bacterium's genomic information.
• TubercuList  - Web server created to collate and integrate various genomic information of the tubercle bacilli.
