• Atlas of Protein Side-Chain Interactions  - Illustrates the ways by which amino acid side-chains pack up against each other. Based on the printed atlas of Singh & Thornton (1992).
• Chromatin Structure and Function Base  - Provides information on chromatin biology, histones, and epigenetics. With related journals and papers listserve.
• EBI Macromolecular Structure Database Group  - European project focusing on the gathering, management, and dissemination of data about macromolecular structures partly derived from the Protein Data Bank (PDB).
• Protein Design  - Site providing news and updates on protein folding and design research. Also includes feature articles and related links.
• Protein Structure Initiative  - Federal-university-industry endeavor working for the reduction of costs and time involved in the determination of a three-dimensional protein structure.
• Structural Genomics Project  - Initiative aimed at determining the 3D structure of all proteins. Organizes known protein sequences into families, selects family representatives as targets, solves the 3D structure of targets, and builds models for other proteins.
• Welcome to the Protein Structure Prediction Center  - Aims to advance the methods of identifying protein structure from sequence and promotes an evaluation of prediction methods on a continuing basis.
