UW-Stout Centers and Institutes

• Arthur Nakatani Center  - Initiative aimed at creating and applying technologies and research to impact the art and science of teaching.
• Counseling Center  - Provides services that assist students in overcoming psychological, emotional, and relationship hurdles.
• Economic Development Administration University Center  - Promotes the economic growth by providing assistance to small and medium-sized businesses in Wisconsin and the neighboring areas.
• Memorial Student Center  - Community center serving as a place where students, faculty, staff, administration people, alumni and guests can interact and learn from each other.
• Northwest Wisconsin Manufacturing Outreach Center (NWMOC)  - UW-Stout's collaboration with five technical colleges aimed at delivering an integrated manufacturing modernization service to small and medium-sized manufacturers in Northwest Wisconsin.
• People Process Culture  - Introduces the concept and presents information on the center's services, activities, and staff.
• Risk Control Center  - Research and service facility created to provide program development services to businesses and industries in the areas of safety, health and environmental risk control.
• Stout Vocational Rehabilitation Institute  - Offers an opportunity for enrichment to people with disabilities. Provides individualized service programs that encourage and enable handicapped people to achieve independence.
• University Archives and Area Research Center  - State Historical Society and UW-Stout joint project created as a component in the network of historical materials preservation initiatives.
