• Delta Sigma Phi  - Introducing the oldest continuously run social fraternity in the history of the UW-La Crosse campus.
• Delta Sigma Pi  - Eta Rho chapter of the co-ed professional business fraternity. Promotes the study of and scholarship in business.
• Diamond Way Buddhist Center  - UW-La Crosse component of among 500 meditation centers in the Karma Kagyu tradition of Tibetan Buddhism.
• Gamma Sigma Sigma  - Beta Delta chapter of the sorority promotes community service among its student members.
• Golden Key  - International academic honor society that promotes and recognizes sholastic feats in all disciplines.
• Habitat for Humanity  - Service organization dedicated to building and rehabilitating homes for low-income families.
• International Student Organization  - Dedicated to providing assistance to non-American students with regards their academic, social, and cultural development.
• Kappa Delta Pi  - Education honor society created with particular emphasis on scholarship and excellence.
