• Center for Biotechnology and Biomedical Sciences  - Undertakes research studies on human reproductive biology, animal venom chemistry, and human cytomegalovirus genetics.
• Center for Materials Research  - University endeavor to encourage the participation of minority students in materials research and enhance NSU's materials research capabilities.
• Center for Strategic and Global Studies  - Platform for interdisciplinary analysis initiatives on foreign policy, international relations, military strategy, politics and national security.
• Fitness Center  - Offering programs and services that promote good health opportunities om campus. With fitness and wellness news.
• L. Douglas Wilder Performing Arts Center  - Platform for staging a variety of events and performances such lectures, classical and jazz performance, conferences, and educational forums.
• Virginia Beach Higher Education Center  - Providing multi-educational services and opportunities for traditional and non-traditional students, on both credit non-credit bases.
