• Center for Computational Statistics  - Interdisciplinary research facility dealing with computational statistics and the stochastic methods for parallel computing.
• Center for Distributed and Intelligent Computation  - Scientific, engineering and technological approach to designing, developing, and implementing distributed and intelligent systems.
• Center for Earth Observing and Space Research  - Interdisciplinary education and research facility for studies done from satellite platforms.
• Center for Global Ethics  - Aims to raise awareness of contemporary problems in applied and social ethics through lectures, seminars, and research.
• Center for Global Policy  - Engages in research activities involving a wide array of global policy issues, from foreign trade to terrorism.
• Center for Health Policy, Research, and Ethics  - Venue for discussing and studying the impact of policy on health care services. Also serves as a resource for new information on healthcare.
• Center for History and New Media  - Academic initiative that makes use of digital media and computer technology to put balance in the presentation and preservation of history - to incorporate multiple voices, reach diverse audiences, and encourage popular participation.
• Center for International Education  - Promotes the development of international partnerships, quality academic programs, and the establishment of enhanced facilities to better serve a diversity of students.
• Center for Language and Culture  - Campus based organization dedicated to serving the needs of culturally and linguistically students in the Virginia area.
• Center for Regional Analysis  - Conducts research and analytical studies on economic, fiscal, demographic, and social and policy issues related to the current and future growth of the Virginia, Maryland, and DC areas.
• Center for Restructuring Education in Science and Technology  - Facilitates the creation of education-business-community partnerships to conduct teacher professional development, research, and public service.
• Center for Social Science Research  - Multidisciplinary research facility within George Mason's College of Arts and Sciences. Conducts studies on social problems and basic social science questions.
• Center for the Advancement of Public Health  - Site presents information on the center's strategic planning, programs, research, trainings, and staff.
• Center for the Arts  - Academic center provides program that explore the arts as individual disciplines and interdisciplinary forms that enhance and strengthen each other.
• Center for the Study of Genomics in Liver Diseases  - Dedicated to exploring or conducting translational research and novel treatments for liver diseases.
• Center for the Study of Neuroeconomics  - Laboratory and research installation established to undertake experimental studies on the interaction of mental computations and the emergent computations of institutions in producing legal, political, and economic order.

• Critical Infrastructure Protection Center  - Initiative aimed at fully integrating the disciplines of law, policy, and technology to foster more secure cyber-networks, physical systems, and economic processes.
• Cryptography and Network-Security Implementations Lab  - Undertakes research projects that support and expedite the development and implementation of security standards and cryptography.
