• Center for Corporate Education  - Mason School of Business facility provides custom executive and open enrollment programs for corporate business education.
• Institute for Historical Biology  - Department of Anthropology facility serves as a platform for examining the relationships of human biology and culture.
• National Institute of American History and Democracy  - Collaborative project between the College of William and Mary and the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation. Devoted to studying the American past, material culture, and museums.
• New Horizons Family Counseling Center  - Student operated family counseling clinic provides clinical instruction in marriage family counseling at the master's and doctoral levels.
• Omohundro Institute of Early American History and Culture  - Academic institute promotes studies, research, and publications on the history and culture of early America to approximately 1815.
• Reves Cente  - Aims to establish a national center of excellence in international studies, particularly emphasizing student education, faculty teaching and research, and community outreach.
• Roy R. Charles Center  - Administrative unit created to facilitate William and Mary's honors and interdisciplinary programs, promote faculty development, and administer the Monroe Scholar Program.
• Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility  - Government-funded facility for research on the atom's nucleus at the quark level.
• Training and Technical Assistance Center  - Provides various request-based support services and assistance to educational professionals in Eastern Virginia.
