• Center for Feed Industry Research and Education  - Site provides an overview of the center along with presents research reports, related presentations, abstracts, and newsletters.
• Cotton Economics Research Institute  - Fosters and coordinates economic research activities covering all aspects of cotton studies.
• Fire Ecology Center  - Training facility for resource managers. Offers programs and new knowledge in the proper application of fire and the scientific evaluation of the role of fires in grassland ecosystems.
• Forage and Livestock System Research  - Engages in research programs and disseminates information related to agricultural sustainability in the Texas High Plains.
• International Center for Food Industry Excellence  - Cooperative endeavor of the College of Agriculture Sciences and Natural Resources and the College of Human Sciences. Site presents information on the facilities, services, and fees.
• International Cotton Research Center  - Facility created to serve the research needs of manufacturers, cotton breeders and public agencies.
• Livestock Issues Research Unit  - Undertakes studies aimed at examining the effects of stress on livestock physiology and behavior.
• Physics Education Research  - Course, curriculum development, research, and project information. With papers and a personnel directory.
• Pork Industry Institute  - Presents class topics, issue discussions, research information and reports, behavior studies samples, and related links.
• Texas Cooperative Fish and Wildlife Research Unit  - Responsible for facilitating natural resource management and conservation research and education activities.
• Thornton Agricultural Finance Institute  - Support, research, and academic resource for topics and courses related to agricultural finance.
• Thornton Agricultural Finance Institute  - Conducts research, provides course support, and assists in organizing conferences, workshops and other public service functions related to agriculture finance and banking.
• Wildlife and Fisheries Management Institute  - Established to coordinate the wildlife and fisheries research projects and activities of several Texas Tech University departments, federal agencies, and private industries.
