• Golden Retriever Rescue Club Of Charlotte  - A volunteer-staffed, non-profit organization that rescues, and places for adoption, unwanted, abused, neglected, or abandoned Golden Retrievers in the Charlotte area.
• Project HALO  - A non-profit rescue organization that rescues homeless, stray and unwanted dogs and cats.
