• Boyd Science Center  - Plymouth State University's hub for scientific research and study. Features climate-controlled chambers for organism research, microscopy, a museum, wireless Internet, and more.
• Center for Rural Partnerships  - Fosters research and partnerships to preserve and enhance New Hampshire's rural quality of life.
• Center for the Environment  - Collaborative effort among Plymouth State University departments, government agencies, and nonprofits. Aims to address the science, policies, culture and economics issues of the natural environment in northern New England.
• Institute for New Hampshire Studies  - Facility dedicated to advancing knowledge about New Hampshire and its relationship to the New England region.
• New Hampshire Impact Center  - University center created to provide assistance in implementing standards-based science and mathematics curriculum materials.
• Pakistani Educational Leadership Institute  - Hosts an annual five-week program and cross-cultural exchange that provide Pakistani educators with insights on American innovations in education for adaptation in Pakistan.
• Small Business Institute  - Provides free business and marketing assistance, financial analysis support, and consulting services to small businesses throughout New Hampshire.
