• Hoover Center  - Hub for continuing education offering a variety of learning opportunities to senior adults 60 years of age and older.
• NASA Educator Resource Center  - Repository for NASA educational materials and programs at Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau.
• Perryville Higher Education Center  - Site presents information on the center's courses, programs, and student admission and registration requirements and procedures.
• Redhawk Writing  - Southeast Missouri State University's writing center. Provides tutorials and other services in all aspects of writing.
• Show Me Center  - University venue for various concerts, sporting events, family entertainment, conventions, meetings, and other functions.
• Small Business Development Center  - Nondiscriminatory provider of consultations, assistance, and services to startup and fledgling businesses in the Missouri area.
• Southeast Innovation Center  - Business incubator space and provider of entrepreneurial training, business development, and technical oversight services to startup businesses.
• Southeast Regional Professional Development Center  - Resource for timely professional development tools and services serving school communities in the Cape Girardeau area.
• University Center  - Campus facility designed to accommodate a variety of functions. Site provides information on scheduling, reservations, and events.
• University Child Enrichment Center  - Provides developmental childcare services and educational experiences for Southeast Missouri State University's parents and grandparents.
