Delta State University Centers and Institutes

• Center for Community and Economic Development  - Provides programs and services aimed at improving the quality of life for the citizens of Delta. Also promotes faculty and staff research, technical assistance, and public service educational programs.
• Center for Interdisciplinary Geospatial Information Technologies  - Independent unit of the Delta State University College of Arts and Sciences. Provides geospatial services, education and training, and institutional knowledge for geospatial information technologies.
• Center for Science and Environmental Education  - Science education and environmental education outreach services center. Aims to develop a comprehensive, sustainable support system for the improvement of precollege science and environmental education in the Mississippi Delta.
• Center for Teaching and Learning  - Information-rich resource with state-of-the-art computer support aimed at enhancing enhancing teaching and learning among students and faculty.
• Delta Center for Culture and Learning  - Site provides an overview of the center, news, contacts, and information on programs, workshops, and events.
• Delta Music Institute  - Recording arts and music industry studies facility. Aims to prepare students for the technical, business, and legal issues that confront practicing artists.
• Small Business Development Center  - Nonprofit, professional assistance service for small businesses funded by Delta State University, the US Small Business Administration, and the Mississippi Small Business Development Centers.
• Thad Cochran Center for Rural School Leadership and Research  - Presents the center's vision and mission statements, announcements, class schedules, and library resources.
