Sault Ste. Marie Recreation and Sports

• All-In-One Fitness Club  - Offers annual, quarterly and monthly memberships, fitness assessments and programs, aerobic and dance room, saunas, rehabilitation services, and an indoor walking and jogging track, and a cardiovascular area with Cybex and Precor steppers, elliptical machines and treadmills.
• Kaines Rink  - Outdoor rink with natural ice during the winter months for youth hockey and adult slow-puck hockey. The concrete rink surface is available during the spring, summer, and fall for rollerblading and roller hockey.
• Lake Superior State University Athletics  - Ice arena, gymnasium, swimming and diving pools, four handball/squash courts, weight training and isometric room, dance studio, training room, firing range, and offices.
• Sault Seal Recreation Area  - Offers runs and tow ropes for both the ski/snowboard hill and tubing runs. The facility is equipped with seven tubing runs with tow lifts, and a ski/snowboard hill with 1 lift.
• Sault Ste. Marie Country Club  - Golf course offers information about fees, tee times, tournament schedule, the Lock City Open, rules, score card, and course map.
• Soo International 500 Snowmobile Race  - An annual event held in mid-winter. Includes race and time trial schedules, pictures and statistics from previous years, and live updates.
